- 3 / 5By A Google UserBe careful does not use sanitizing solution for the dishes thaws out pork chops and fish and shrimp in hot water and they are supposed to be thawed in the fridge and then if not all used it's refroze this is the majority of the time but the dish situation is all the time if the health inspector comes no one is allowed to do dishes until he leaves don't get me wrong the food is good but be carefull bout fish shrimp pork chops and fried chicken it's supposed to thaw in the fridgeOctober 15, 2016
